Chapter 01
Express or Plus: which pairing fits the vehicle
Full Detail Express (from $299, about four hours) pairs Quick Interior with Wash, Clay & Seal. That means a compressor blowout, full vacuum, wiped and protected hard surfaces and streak-free glass inside, then a rinseless wash, clay and ceramic wax outside. It suits a daily driver that gets looked after and needs both halves caught up in one visit.
Full Detail Plus (from $449, about six hours) pairs Interior Refresh with the Exterior Deep Clean. Inside, steam cleans the hard surfaces and every crevice is brushed; outside, iron remover, decontaminated wheels, brushed barrels and calipers and a water spot remover go on top of the clay and seal. Choose it for a vehicle that has had a hard winter or a few years without a proper reset.
Prices are Canadian dollars and scale with vehicle size, from coupe or sedan up to SUV, truck and three-row. The interior detailing and exterior detailing pages lay out every package on each side, including the steps above Plus, such as the Interior Reset shampoo and Polish & Protect.

Four to six hours on site, and what to leave ready
A full detail is a long visit, because both halves are done properly, one after the other, with the interior and the exterior each given their own time rather than squeezed together. Express runs about four hours and Plus about six. We work at your home or workplace, so there is nothing to drop off and no ride to arrange from a shop. The vehicle stays where it is, and so do you, if you like.
Have a water hookup and a power outlet ready: the exterior needs both, and the interior needs power. Make sure we can get into the vehicle. You don't need to be home. Many customers hand over access and carry on with their day, then come back to the finished vehicle parked where they left it.
Trunks are not part of the interior packages, so mention it when you book if yours needs attention. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, and the booking form or a text to (403) 973-2143 picks the day. There's no travel fee around High River, Okotoks, Diamond Valley, Nanton and South Calgary.
Chapter 03
What happens when the vehicle is much dirtier than it looks
The listed prices are from prices, and a very dirty vehicle can take longer than the package says. Customers' own reviews are the best evidence of how that is handled. Emily Newman wrote that her SUV was so dirty that Diego and Abby spent extra time on it, and that they charged only a nominal extra fee for it.
Mr. Wilson's review points the same way. He expected a couple of hours of work and would have been happy with that, and says the crew worked on his car for five hours and didn't leave anything untouched. Allan Leonhardt, whose farm truck came in full of straw and hay, called the rate more than reasonable for how much work it needed.
